Which power level should I choose?
The selectable configurations are 7.4 kW and 22 kW. Confirm your vehicle’s AC charging capability and available electrical supply; a higher charger rating does not guarantee a higher charging rate. Most NZ homes are single-phase, which suits 7.4 kW; see 7.4 kW vs 22 kW explained.
Can I order an 11 kW charger?
An 11 kW model is not currently a selectable variant. Ask about its specifications and availability.
